The space Welcome to our warm and welcoming apartment, ideal for families or groups who want comfort and functionality! Entering the space, you will find an internal staircase with 15 steps leading to the main level of the apartment. At the top of the stairs, on the left, is the bathroom, which is functional and equipped with all the basic sanitary ware. Moving towards the interior of the apartment, you will find the fully equipped kitchen. It includes an oven, cooking hobs, washing machine, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils, cooking utensils and various spices, ready to serve every cooking need. The space also has a dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a bed for extra guests. The apartment includes two bedrooms: • The first room has bunk beds with two single beds and spacious closets with ample storage space. From here you have access to a small but pleasant balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs – ideal for breakfast or relaxation. • The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed, nightstands and lamps, offering a quiet and relaxing place for your sleep. The apartment has been carefully decorated, offering a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, ideal for small or larger groups. Guest access The house has 15 steps to access the apartment. There is no child protection and access may be difficult for people with mobility problems. Other things to note The apartment has a private parking space, which is provided free of charge to guests. However, it is important to note that the road leading to the accommodation is narrow in some places, which may require a little caution when driving – especially for larger vehicles or less experienced drivers.
