Room 2 (Bed without breakfast)

I only rent to (foreign) employees who work temporarily here in the Netherlands. Min. stay 1 week. Max. stay 5 months. Registration at this address is not allowed by the municipality. The tenant has a bedroom upstairs and can use everything downstairs. I have two big dogs. Smoking is allowed downstairs. This is the largest bedroom, which is now equipped with a single bed, desk (with chair) and the red sofa bed as shown in the picture. Due to my health, I do not rent far ahead. Other things to note Due to my health, I can't book far in advance
