California Coastal Commission does not allow any construction so close to the Pacific Ocean coastline anymore. This is one of the rare properties that was built before the regulations were enacted. This also means that this is an older property and there are limits placed on how much it can be renovated. The property is well maintained but you are not going to find the most modern conveniences like an elevator, central HVAC. ✔️ There’s no air conditioning, as the proximity to the cold Pacific ocean keeps the temperatures usually well below 70 degrees. The natural coastal breeze provides the perfect alternative, allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of your surroundings. Even during summer, we recommend you to bring layers as it can get cold. ❗Heads up: Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required.
