Fully equipped kitchen for dining in or walk and enjoy the beach front restaurants. On site parking and pet friendly leave nothing to worry about. Park and walk your worries away! Guest access We will provide you with check in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. There will be a keypad on the front door for easy check in and guests can arrive at their convenience. Other things to note We love your furry friends too! Well behaved pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Fee must be paid in advance. Pets are not to be left unattended in the property unless in a crate (and only if your pet does not bark in the crate) and under no circumstances are pets allowed on beds or furniture. There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A drip coffee pot with coffee, cream and sugar is provided to start your stay off right! NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
