There is also free street parking available, but please keep in mind a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Balcony Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - NO PETS Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a closet that is reserved for owner's storage. Other things to note - Please note that a hillside project on the hillside directly below the home is scheduled from May through October, and while we’re still awaiting full details, weekday construction noise is expected during the day. We’ve already discounted the price to reflect this, and while we can’t offer refunds due to noise, we’re happy to help you find a quieter home if needed. You have 24 hours after booking to cancel for a full refund. We’ve placed traps around the home as a precaution, but if you notice them becoming a nuisance, just let us know — we’ll be happy to provide additional support during your stay! - The share pool in the complex is comfortably heated (approx. 82-84 degrees) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months. Outside of this period, it’s unheated, but still open for those who love a brisk dip! - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
