The space FACILITIES Two-story cabin with private beach access. First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, small oven, blender, orange juicer, pots, crockery, cutlery, etc. Dining and living room Social bathroom with toilet and shower with fresh water *. Second Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed, 2 separate single beds and a beautiful ocean view. 1 private bathroom with toilet and shower with fresh water *. 1 social area, with dining table, hammocks and ocean view. *Water is potable but is not recommended for drinking. Water temperature cannot be adjusted, it is standard. Other: Wi-Fi Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. Stereo music. (No CD/USB or Bluetooth/Cable connection). 1 master bedroom ceiling fan (No AC.) Fire extinguisher and a basic first aid kit. Security box For large groups, a SECOND adjoining single-story CABIN is available with: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. Fully-equipped kitchen. Complete bathroom with a shower. Wide and comfortable social area. With an additional single sofa bed. The rental price includes a housekeeper and a cleaning person, who can assist during your stay. Additionally, if you want support with food preparation, our maid, Gala, is available. The cook service is optional and payment is made directly to her. Their rates are: 75,000 COP per full day (3 meals, approx. USD 20) or 50,000 COP for half a day (2 meals, approx. USD 15). If you wish to contract this additional service, please notify us in advance of your arrival. ALIMENTACIÓN NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MARKET (FOOD) TO PREPARE IN THE CABIN FROM CARTAGENA. In Bocachica you can find some basic foods; however, we recommend bringing everything you are going to consume from Cartagena, especially dairy, fruits, vegetables and alcoholic beverages. If you want, some fresh fish and seafood can be obtained directly from the fishermen of the village, our manager will help you. We provide a bottle of treated water. TRANSPORTATION NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE. - PRIVATE Only 20 minutes by boat from Cartagena. We can book a simple private boat, leaving Cartagena directly to Suemar with a preset schedule. The estimated price is 400,000 COP round trip. (Price may vary according to seasons.) It is charged separately and must be paid cash directly to the driver. The private boat, can leave from Cartagena between 12pm and 5pm. The return from Tierra Bomba, must be done before 5pm. The check-out time may change according to the weather. The tide gets stronger the later. - PUBLIC Another option is to take the public boat at the Bodeguita Pier in Cartagena. There you must pay the cost of the ticket 10000 COP, plus 15500 COP exit taxes. The boat leaves them at the Bocachica dock. From there to the house you must take a motorcycle taxi that charges approximately 5000 COP per person. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note We have a water tank, which is mainly used for toilets, showers and kitchen supplies. Please use this water wisely as there is a water shortage on the island.
