For your check-in, we need: • Full name and ID/passport of each guest. • Check-in and check-out time. • If you will be using parking, please indicate this in advance along with vehicle details (make, model, color and license plate). 📌 Important: Failure to send this information may delay your check-in. Other things to note Property Rules: • Check-in: A unique code is given to the person responsible for the reservation to access the facilities. • Check-out time: Check-out must be before 10:00 am. If a later check-out is required, it must be coordinated in advance and is subject to availability. An additional fee will apply. If check-out is after 12:00 pm, an additional night will be charged. • Parties/Events: Any type of party or social event is strictly prohibited. • Furniture: The distribution of the apartment's furniture must be maintained as delivered, except for the living room furniture, which can be relocated only to extend the sofa bed. • Confetti or glitter: The use of glitter, glitter or confetti is completely forbidden. If evidence of these items is found, a fine of US$250 or S/940 will automatically be applied, in addition to additional charges for damage or cleaning. • Noise and monitoring: The apartment has a decibel monitoring system. Any report or complaint from neighbors may result in immediate cancellation of the stay. This monitoring complies with local regulations: maximum 60 dB during the day and 50 dB at night. In case of evidence, a fine of US$250 or S/975 will be applied. • Pet Policy: For health reasons (allergies of future guests and cleaning equipment), no pets or service animals are allowed. If evidence is detected, a fine of US$300 or S/ 1170 will be applied. • Children/Minors: Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Child safety: IMPORTANT: The apartment does not have safety nets on the balcony due to the building's aesthetic standards. Therefore, constant supervision of minors is required. • Glass on the balcony: The use or placement of glass bottles in the areas near the balcony is not allowed. • Decoration: Do not attach decorations to walls or furniture. Use of glue, tape, glitter or confetti is forbidden. Any damage will be assessed at the end of the stay. • Number of guests: The maximum number allowed is 8 people. Exceeding this limit will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. • Guest check-in: The exact number of guests must be reported prior to check-in. If not reported correctly, adequate supply of inputs will not be guaranteed. • Visitors and suppliers: Any visitor or external supplier must have prior approval from the host. The necessary data will be required to authorize access. • Sending packages: Sending personal items to the property address is not allowed. The host is not responsible for lost items or early deliveries that may interfere with other guests. • Forgotten items: Guests must ensure that they remove all their belongings at check-out. Any object found will be reported to the person responsible for the reservation. Forgotten items may be claimed for a maximum period of one month; after this time, they will be donated or discarded.
