We offer a high-standard space with a well-equipped kitchen and living room, bedrooms (one of which is a suite) with split air-conditioner, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The space In the heart of IPANEMA, with all conveniences just a few steps away, our modern apartment is on the ground floor of a typical family building. LOCATION: - On the beach’s block, near POSTO 9 of Ipanema Beach. - Very close to the Nossa Senhora da Paz subway station. - Surrounded by a supermarket, pharmacies, bars, banks, bakeries, restaurants, and snack bars. THE APARTMENT HAS: - 2 rooms with split air-conditioner (one of them is a suite) - Suite with a safe - 2 bathrooms with heated shower - Living room with queen-size sofa-bed (update on august 5th 2024), TV (Netflix), Wi-Fi, and ceiling fan - A full kitchen for you to prepare your meals: cooktop, toaster, microwave, air fryer, grill, coffee maker, blender, mini-processor, etc. - Laundry with washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board - Outdoor area with chairs and table - Another outdoor area with a shower - We don't have parking spot The property is airy and quiet. And we make sure to keep it very clean for you.
