Other things to note A security deposit of €200 is required, to be paid close to the check-in date via bank transfer, Pay Pal, or Wise. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, once we have completed a quality check to ensure everything is in order. Check-in between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM will be considered a late check-in, with an additional fee of €30 to be paid in cash directly to the host. To comply with Portuguese regulations, we kindly ask all guests to complete the SIBA (Tourism Accommodation Information System) form.
