Our 1+1 house with a balcony, located in a central and quiet site, offers a comfortable stay with its open kitchen and spacious structure. Our guests use the site pool. You can reach the bazaar in 15 minutes on foot and in 2-3 minutes by car. It is possible to reach the world-famous beaches in 15 minutes and the airport and bus terminal in 10 minutes. Our house is meticulously cleaned after each guest check-out. We can also serve our international guests in English. Be our guest! The space Our house is 1+1. There is 1 bedroom, 1 living room and an open kitchen. Hot water in the bathroom is provided by an electric water heater. There is a television in our living room. The sofas in the living room can be used as sofa beds. An inflatable mattress is also provided upon request. The kitchen has a kettle, oven, gas stove and washing machine. Our balcony is large enough for a family to spend time comfortably. The pool on our site is shared and designed for our guests to spend time. Guest access Our house is located on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey apartment building. The entire house will be at the disposal of our guests. Our guests will be greeted at the entrance and the keys will be handed over. They will be informed about the apartment after the key is handed over. Other things to note Our house is located on Hürriyet Street in the Hürriyet neighborhood. The location shown by Airbnb can be misleading.
