Welcome to Country Cowboy! This fully stocked RV is ready for you at River Ranch RV Resort! Sleeps 4-6 with a private bedroom and full bunk beds off of living area. Enjoy outdoor dining, a grill, and a fire pit area in a quiet spot. Adjacent to Westgate Dude Ranch! Get unlimited access to the pool, waterpark, Saturday Night Rodeo, horseback riding, petting zoo, saloon, and more. Golf cart rentals available to explore it all! Book your ultimate Western getaway today! (bring own propane) The space Private campsite and on-site RV Guest access Key on site. Instructions will be emailed to you one day prior to arrival. Other things to note Do not use OVEN in RV. Bring items Pre-baked and ready for re-heat. The Stove top IS available for your use as well as small appliances and a grill. (we do not provide charcoal, propane or firewood - please bring your own) You must turn the Water Heather button ON upon arrival to allow the water to heat. Turn off when you leave. (located on the side of kitchen cabinet on the inside of the front door) There is a light switch located on the side of kitchen cabinet on the inside of the front door. This will turn on some lights. The others are small circle ceiling lights and are turned on by pressing the small button in the center of the light. Upon booking you will be required to purchase rental insurance. The cost is $55. This is an insurance premium and is non-refundable. This will cover any accidental damage during your stay up to an amount of $3000. PLEASE let your host know immediately if something is damaged so that we can address it promptly.
