The space Casa Rural Renueva is a completely renovated old house, maintaining its rustic charm but with all modern amenities. Rustic-industrial style, excellent thermal insulation (energy rating letter B) with pellet stove for a very cozy atmosphere in winter and ceiling fans for summer. The master bedroom features a balcony and beautiful mountain views, and the two-story layout offers space and privacy to enjoy in comfort. Extra: - Wifi and Ethernet. - Netflix, HBO and Prime Video included (session already started). The house has two floors. Ground floor: - Dining room with sofa and extendable table with a total of 6 chairs. - Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, utensils and tableware. Top floor: - 1st bedroom. Double bed, sofa and desk with chair + Ethernet port for reading, studying or working. Balcony overlooking the small square and mountain views - 2nd bedroom. Two 90 cm beds (convertible into a 180 cm bed), very generous sofa bed. Desk with chair + Ethernet port. Very elegant open dressing room with hangers included. -Bathroom. It is located between the two bedrooms. It contains a shower, toilet and sink, plus a washer-dryer (detergent and softener included) and iron.
