Our vacation home on a 700 m² plot is ideal for resting and enjoying. It has 3 bedrooms (double, bunk beds and trundle bed), bathroom with bathtub and equipped kitchen. The space Inside, you'll find three rooms: • A bedroom with a double bed. • Another with bunk beds, perfect for children. • A third with an adaptable trundle bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, including a ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker, and an air fryer. The living room has air conditioning, an electric fireplace, a TV, and a dining table for five people. Guest access Outside, entertainment is assured: • Elevated pool, ideal for the little ones. • Barbecue and gazebo with table for six people. • Play area with soccer goal, basketball hoop, foosball and darts. Located in the LAS ANCLAS development, just 4 km from Pareja and 14 km from Sacedón, the house offers access to free sports facilities such as basketball, soccer, tennis, paddle tennis and mini-golf.
