Relaxing Retreat on the Water

Enjoy our peaceful hillside retreat located on a large, secluded pond close to everything you need. The space Nature lovers take note! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck surrounded by Maine woods, then meander down to the large pond for kayaking, fishing, birding, or relaxing. This recently-built house offers 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities in the basement. We are in a quiet, friendly neighborhood located close to everything you might need: restaurants, shops, a hospital, recreation, and even a drive-in movie theater are all just minutes away. Furthermore, there is a restaurant and 24-hour gym within walking distance! The large, quiet pond is great for kayaking (we currently have 2 adult-sized kayaks and one child-sized, plus flotation vests). It is not uncommon to see fish jumping, beavers swimming, or birds feeding. There is also great fishing on the pond; we have some basic gear you are welcome to use. Sebago Lake, the Naples Causeway, the town of Fryeburg, and North Conway, NH are all a short, scenic drive away. Guest access Entire house.
