Other things to note This property is also well-suited for hosting intimate gatherings and small events. Please note that the owners reside on an island just off the coast near the home. Occasionally, they may use their owner suite, located above the garage. This unit has a separate entrance and is not rented as a short-term rental. Guests should note that owners may be present for a night or two as they travel back and forth to the islands. There are no pets allowed at this property.
