The large deck offers sweeping views of our hay field and The Great Pond Mountain. Guest access The Guests will have access to the entire main house, front yard, back yard and back deck. Guest suite not included Other things to note This is the listing for the Main side of the farmhouse. There is a guest wing attached to the mudroom with an additional 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms that is available to rent as well. The 2 sides can be rented together (7br 3 bath) or separately. They both offer private entrances and spaces. **Hot Water – Helpful Info for Families** Our home uses a high-capacity, energy-efficient **80-gallon heat pump hot water heater**. It’s perfect for families and provides a good amount of hot water, but it does heat a bit more slowly than traditional systems. 💧 **What to Expect:** * The tank can handle **4–5 average showers in a row** before running low. * If the hot water is used up, it takes about **1–2 hours** to fully reheat. * To make sure everyone gets a warm shower, we recommend: * **Spacing out showers** when possible * **Avoiding heavy hot water use** (laundry/dishwasher) during shower times Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly and sustainably.
