Modern wooden house with a view – retreat in the Eifel, right in the village of Leversbach. Close to hiking and mountain bike trails, close to the national park & the Eifel lakes. Lots of space (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living area as well as garden for up to 6 guests. Fireplace, infrared sauna, fire pit. Ideal for switching off, forest bathing or for workation (50 Mbit Wi-Fi). A private home – not a standard Airbnb. For non-smokers, no pets. Simply arrive like with friends & feel good - later check-out The space A retreat with a view – modern, cozy, completely private. Our vacation home in Leversbach is a lovingly designed wooden house with plenty of space to breathe. A natural stone wall separates the house from the street – behind it opens the view of the gently curved Eifel landscape. Large window fronts bring nature into the house. On the ground floor you will find an open living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, sink), a large dining table for shared meals and game evenings and a cozy lounge with sofa, armchair, TV and fireplace – perfect for switching off. From here you go to the terrace with garden furniture and a deck chair overlooking the expanse. A fireplace at the end of the property invites you to cozy rounds by the campfire. Also on the ground floor: – a modern wellness bath with shower, toilet and infrared cabin (for about 2 people) – the "nest": a cozy bedroom with a 1.60 m bed – the master bedroom with a 1.80 m bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and an additional single toilet. A wooden ladder (not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children under 10 years of age) leads to the attic. There you will find: – a small passage room with a 1.20 m bed – another bedroom with a 1.40 m bed In total, the house can accommodate up to six people in 4 beds. It is not a classic Airbnb – but our private refuge, which we provide to selected guests. There is 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, a garden with a fireplace and many hiking and biking trails right outside the door. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, firewood and everything for dishwashing incl. Tabs and toilet paper are sufficient – serve yourself like with friends The price is for 4 people and the ground floor (2 beds for up to 4 people), if you also want to use the upper floor, 12 euros per additional bedeuros per person and bed is due (cleaning and laundry). Important: – No pets – Non-smokers only – Not suitable for people with mobility issues - Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
