What welcomes you here at the prime location of Hyderabad - a stunning sunrise and skyline view, breezy point of private balcony (perfect for a cuppa with book), bed and bath amenities, large common space with unwinding nooks, and modern amenities in a secured community. Ideal for business travelers and tourists alike. The space If you are an early riser, you can wake up to a perfect sunrise from your room - with a cup of coffee, book, yoga mat or diary to get you started. The space is minimalist but super functional. It comes with modern amenities, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with bedding and storage, bath with toiletries provisions, common space with games/art supplies/ books, and on-request dedicated working space. The house is furnished to allow analog and creative spaces for anyone visiting. You will not find big screens (aka TV) in our house for that reason. The idea is to use the space as an unwind-corner with minimal digital infringement - soak in the nature through sunlight/wind/ greenery, find therapy in movement like dance/ yoga/walk, create/ enjoy music, make art, read books, write stories. You shall be sharing the space with the host and hence, "peaceful safe co-existence" is the guiding principle for anyone staying here. Do not disturb and reach out to the host if something/ someone causes disturbance to you. GUESTS As of now, the room is equipped to accommodate maximum of 3 adult guests or small family of 2 adults and 2 kids (below ~age of 7 years). Anything above that group size is not possible (as of now). Similarly, we are unable to host (even though we love them) pets because of a long and intense procedure for their entry in the community space. (We paw-mise we are working towards it.) The space has decent accessibility arrangements for those with mobility concerns. (Reach out in case of special request before booking.) STAY TENURE Anything between 1 day to 31 days are welcome. If you need more than 31 days at a stretch for stay, reach out before booking. There are discounts for stays beyond 7 and 28 days that are auto applied while booking. For repeat-stay guests only - we offer a further discounted rate card and they can reach out to us before booking. LOCATION ADVANTAGES - Close to airport (30-45 mins drive depending on traffic hour) - Close to major MNCs/Corporate offices like NVIDIA, Microsoft, Amazon, US Consulate, Google, etc - Multi-speciality Continental hospital at a walking distance for any medical emergencies - In society grocery store, cafe, clinic, gym along with very close (2-5 mins walk) to other super-markets, fitness centres, clinics, and restaurants/ cafes Guest access It is 100% private stay arrangement within a shared flat (shared with host and not any other guests) and inside a gated community. You shall have secured access to these areas with your own set of keys. The common spaces in the house are equally of guests as much as of the host. The common spaces in the house contain water purifier, microwave, fridge, gas stove, washing machine and drying racks. There is free access for common community garden/ park on the ground floor. During your stay I prefer to give comfortable space to any guest without any intrusion or unnecessary socialization. I believe it should be a space to unwind for anyone residing there. But in case of any doubt or concern, I am there to provide the necessary support. Other things to note FOOD AND BEVERAGES Meals are not included in the cost here. Only because in our experience, guests prefer to eat out/ experiment with local cuisine from local eateries/ order in depending on their taste preference. However, certain breakfast items can be provided for, if informed to the host in advance of 24 hrs (e.g. of possible breakfast items - museli, cereals, milk, boiled eggs, bread/toast, butter, morning snacks, tea/coffee) Refrain from cooking meat in the kitchen. However, you can order it from the outside as long as you ensure its appropriate disposal. For clarity, cooking eggs or vegetarian food is absolutely fine. You can use the utensils provided in the house, but kindly purchase your own grocery. In case you need grocery from the house, it will be chargeable (except tea/ coffee provided for). Please ask for the grocery material and charges thereon for the same, if you need them. AMENITIES (on request and/or chargeable): Some provisions are part of the stay including AC, hot water, wifi, bed linens, bath linens, toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances. There is no additional cost for those. Some provisions are on-demand but free of cost like iron table and iron, hair dryer, cleaning aides, limited stationery items, books, first aid kit, one car parking slot. Some amenities are chargeable and require prior booking like grocery items, additional car parking (beyond 1 dedicated slot of the house), access to community facilities, etc. Feel free to reach out vis messages in case of any doubt/ request. Any damage to property and/or assets, breaking of community and/ or house rules, theft, reckless or unfair usage of provisions or resources, any incident of disturbance, or activity of similar nature that negatively impacts the stay arrangement or severely hampers the hosting experience will attract additional charges. penalties.
