Vacation home Albmatte – perfect for couples – with terrace

The house is quietly located on the outskirts of the village, with no through traffic, and is surrounded by a large meadow area that is naturally bordered by the Alb River. The space You enter the Albmatte vacation home and go down a set of stairs. The second door on the right leads directly into your apartment. When you enter, you will find the fully equipped kitchen on the right, where you have everything you need for cooking. On the left is the modern bathroom with shower. The next door leads you to the living and sleeping area: On the left is a 160-cm double bed; on the right is the dining area. Behind it, there is a cozy sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed if needed. Opposite, there is a TV for relaxing evenings. From here, you step directly onto the private terrace – with views of the countryside and direct access to our large garden. Guest access The large garden is a wonderful place to unwind together – perhaps with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Behind the garden, you can hear the gentle sound of the Alb – a perfect way to cool off in summer, a daring ice bath in winter. Inside the house, on the left, you will find the ski and storage room, and on the right, the small book and games room, from which you can borrow something for cozy evenings. If you stay longer, a washing machine (for a fee), dryer, and iron are available for you in the basement. After an active day in the Black Forest, you can unwind wonderfully in the on-site sauna (for a fee) or in the massage chair (for a fee). Whether after a hike, a day on the slopes, or a refreshing dip in the Alb, the sauna offers you a warm haven where you can unwind and recharge your batteries. The surrounding area is ideal for winter sports, hiking and cycling. Ski/bike rental and the tourist information office are located right across the street. Other things to note Dear guests, we would like to inform you that a tourist tax will be charged in our spa town. This tax serves the financing and maintenance of the tourist infrastructure and offers in our region. City tax amount: The city tax is €3.90 per person per night. Children and adolescents under 6 years are exempt from the tax or pay €2.10 up to 17 years. In return, you will receive the KONUS guest card, which allows you to travel on buses and trains for free. The visitor's tax is billed separately. Regarding cell phone reception, we would like to inform you that the network coverage can vary depending on the provider and location. As a rule, the reception in the cottage and in the immediate outdoor areas is good. However, there may be a weaker reception in certain areas of the garden or in more remote parts of the surrounding area.
