A lovely little house in the heart of the Dolomites, where Grandma Anna used to live... now it welcomes friends and mountain lovers. With the large and bright living room around the fireplace, the kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the magical attic! And then the terrace overlooking the Cordevole Valley... Ideal for families or friends, in winter: just 5 km from ski Civetta, 14 min from Marmolada (Dolomiti SuperSki, Sella Ronda) 30 min from Cortina-5 Torri and San Pellegrino; in summer: with paths and high roads of our Dolomites The space Ca'setta di Nonna Anna is the head portion of a terraced house (consisting of 5 equal units) It is a real home, with everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. It is spread over three floors: on the ground floor there is the private entrance, the garage with a parking space (and space for skis and bicycles) and the technical/laundry room. On the first floor, there is the living room with three armchairs and a sofa bed, the kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining table, and the terrace with a deck chair and outdoor table. On the second floor is the sleeping area with the double bedroom, the small bedroom and the two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub with a shower. Finally, the lovely attic on the top floor, a somewhat magical space for play or rest. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house with the freedom to enjoy every room or service available. The house is all wood, partly covered in carpets, so access to animal friends is not allowed, we are very sorry Other things to note Dear guests, The house is all wood and partly covered with carpets, so we ask you to bring slippers 🩴🥿 or non-slip slippers 🧦to go up in the house. If you can't, don't worry: we'll provide slippers 😉 For security reasons, you will have to provide a copy of your identity documents (preferably within 24 hours before your arrival) for the communication of data to the Region and Police Headquarters. In addition, upon your arrival, you will be asked to pay in cash the tourist tax (1 euro per person per day only for the first 15 nights) due to the Municipality of Alleghe.
