Separate entrance (via garage door closest to my front door), free parking, private (not shared), basement suite. Beautiful Arnprior! - 1 minute off highway 417 - 2 minutes walk to the mall (with grocery stores) fast food spots - No crime neighbourhood - 20 mins to Kanata (Canadian Tire Centre) - 40 mins to downtown Ottawa - 15 minutes to Mt. Pakenham - 30 mins Calabogie Peaks. Furnished with king size bed, double bed, fold out couch and 2 cots available upon request. The space Your space has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. A double bed behind the room dividers & a fold out couch in the living room area (with two cots available upon request). A fridge with freezer, crock pot, toaster, microwave, are all provided…. but no stove | oven (you’re not here to cook 🤭🤭) Guest access Guests are provided an old style garage door opener (access to the first garage door closest to my front door) to access the separate door & their space. Stair case recently had the carpet removed. Other things to note What I provide: Keurig, coffee, multiple types of tea, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, salt & pepper, bottles of water and chocolates!
