Welcome to our Cozy Chalet in the heart of the Pocono Mountains; located inside Arrowhead Lake. This house comfortably sleeps 6 and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full loft that doubles as a family game room and extra sleeping space. This property is located inside a community and a resort fee will be included in the booking price. Details of resort fee and breakdown included in House Rules. This property is located just two blocks away from one of three pools, tennis courts, pickleball and a large playground for children to enjoy. After enjoying the day by the lake, sit by the fire and enjoy the calming sounds of nature. Accommodations at Woodland Escape Bedrooms: 1st Floor Main Bedroom, queen size bed, full length mirror, 5 drawer dresser and closet with shelving and a hanging rod. 1st Floor Second Bedroom, Bunk Bed with Trundle Bed, one full size mattress, two twin size mattresses, closet with 5 drawer dresser and a hanging rod Loft/Game room- Love Seat Sofa, CordaRoy's Queen Size Bag Chair , Smart TV ( will require individual log in for streaming services) , games, puzzles and books 2nd Floor Bathroom- Shower Stall, Vanity Sink, Toilet 1st Floor Bathroom- Pedestal Sink, Walk in Shower, Toilet Living Room/Dining- Dining Table for 6, Extra Large Sofa, 2 swivel chairs, coffee table, Smart TV ( will require individual log in for streaming services), Electric Fireplace Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the first floor hosts 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry. The second floor loft hosts the 3rd bedroom area, second bathroom and multipurpose game room. Other things to note We do have an age restriction to rent this property and will require the main booking party to be 21 years or older. The primary guest booking this reservation must stay on the property for the duration of the booking. At this time we do not permit pets on the property. All Pools and Rental Shack services are available seasonally from Memorial Day-Labor Day. The home is located in Arrowhead Lake Community. Our community is a private and gated lake community which offers 2 large lakes, 4 beaches, 3 Heated Swimming Pools, 5 Tennis Courts, 5 Docks/Boat Launches, 2 Basketball courts, Volleyball court, Horseshoe pits, Bocce ball and a large Community Lodge with a Fitness Room, Billiards room, Banquet room and Library and outdoor recreation patio which sits on the lake with a gorgeous view. There are picnic facilities at all of the pools and beaches with tables and charcoal grills.** Charcoal not provided Arrowhead Lake Community charges fees that we are required to collect from guests which are to be paid upfront and paid to the community are: $40 Vehicle Registration for 1st Vehicle $20 Vehicle Registration for each additional Vehicle Memorial Day-Labor Day Guest Resort Fee *$8.50 per day per person for ages 6 and up amenity fee/temporary membership Off Season Guest Registration Fee Day After Labor Day-Day Before Memorial Day **$2.50 per day per person for ages 6 and up amenity fee/temporary membership ** All bookings made less than 3 days before check in are subject to a $100 late registration fee to be collected at the time of booking. This fee is required by Arrowhead Lake and is not negotiable. If any guest cancels their reservation less than 3 days prior to check in the registration fee, vehicle fee and /or late fee to Arrowhead Lake paid in advance by owner is not refundable to guest. Owner will provide proof of payment and guest will be required to render payment immediately. Weekly rentals for 5-7 nights the community fee per person is $42.50. This fee will be collected after booking has been confirmed and must be paid no less than 5 days prior to check in. Owner will not be able to provide a QR Code for Gate Access or the electronic lock code for the property unless this fee has been paid in full. **. Fees will be collected at the time of booking as per Airbnb guidelines. New regulations within the community now require all guests within your booking party must have a QR code accessible when visiting any amenities within the community property, with the exception of children under the age of 14. All children 14 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult when using any of the amenities. Please note the beaches are not supervised by lifeguards and swimming is at your own risk. All guests must abide by PA Fish and Boat Commission boating and watercraft requirements. * Registration must be finalized no later than 3 days prior check-in . If you fail to pay the community fees, booking will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. Owners are not responsible for community amenities closures due to acts of god, weather, repairs or maintenance. Please NOTE: * We'll need some personal info (names, vehicle info, phone number and email) for the registration process with the community. ** Owners of this property do require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your scheduled stay. *Fishing licenses can be purchased from Arrowhead Community Association when you check in or anytime during your stay. *Boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, bicycles etc., can be rented at the RENTAL SHACK (RENTAL SHACK IS OPEN DAILY THEY ACCEPT CASH ONLY) With temporary wristband/QR CODE, guests can access the amenities in the community.
