The five bedrooms (four of them are furnished with kingsize beds) and 3 full bathrooms will be perfect for a bigger family or two families. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size beds. Not only the master suite has a huge bathroom attached to it, but there is also a second bedroom - like a junior suite - with its own bathroom and a kitchenette. The open floor plan combines the kitchen, living room and dining area into a great family space to spend quality time. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils and the laundry room comes with a washer and dryer. The living room and all kingsize bedrooms are all equipped with a smart TV. High speed cable wifi internet is available for free, as well as a variety of sports and entertainment TV channels. Enjoy the large screened lanai with a perfect view to the canal. The southern exposure of the pool area and lanai gives you an amazing view of a Florida sunset or cook your own BBQ on the gas grill. Swim in the pool, hang out on the shallow sun shelf or enjoy the hot whirlpool. There is an electric pool heater available for use. Also, a baby fence can be provided if needed as a security measure for families with children. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Restaurants and numerous stores are within a one mile radius of the house. Please do not hesitate to contact the host if you have any questions about the house and your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the full house including garage. No shared places with others. Other things to note If you need any additional kitchen gadgets l (air fryer, crock pot, blender....) please let me know on the reservation. Same if you need any baby equipment (high chair, playpen...) or having the baby safety fence installed around the pool. EV-charger installed in garage. Additional electricity costs will be charged if in use.
