The Beach House is perfectly situated on the bluffs of the quieter portion of Cayucos Beach. It is also the perfect home base to get out and explore our many coastal town and inland wine country. The space: The Beach House is perfectly situated on the bluffs of the quieter portion of Cayucos Beach. It's on the sunny side of a point, right above a nice little cove, and you have a view of the entire Estero Bay. With private beach access and a large beachside back yard it couldn't be easier to take full advantage of all this beautiful beach has to offer. Its a favorite spot for locals going for a jog, surf, walk, or just soaking up the sun. The House is ideally located off Hwy 1 near Old Creek Rd. Cayucos pier and downtown Cayucos are about a 2 mile drive up Hwy 1, or better yet a walk down the beach. It is a perfect home base for exploring all of the Central Coast's unique beach towns and coastal gems. Or for hopping over the hill to get a taste of our world class wine region. Details: The house comfortably accommodates 6 people with one king bed upstairs in the Master Suite and two queen beds in the downstairs bedrooms. There is also plenty of couch and floor space to accommodate up to 2 more people (at $35 each). There is a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room with blu-ray player, free hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, and ample places to get comfy and soak up the views. The Beach House has a STRICT 3 night minimum stay all year and a STRICT 1 week minimum stay for June-August. PETS:: We allow dogs on approval ONLY and with a $50 pet fee. Please let us know ASAP if you plan on traveling with your pet. Guest access: Property access is simple with keyless entry. before your stay you will recieve an email with a personal pin number for your stay.
