The apartment is part of a historic earth-to-sky complex with an internal courtyard. The elegant and linear decor was created by recovering and restoring the original furnishings combined with the predominant combination of bronze green and deep stone colors. The chromatic thread between the rooms suggests a balanced sensory experience, enhancing your stay with an additional relaxing atmosphere. The living area is a large open space, equipped with a kitchen with all the accessories, a long chestnut wood table and a comfortable double daybed. The old wood-burning stove gives it a rustic touch. The entrance has a chest of drawers with various accessories useful for your stay and board games. From the double bedroom overlooking the Corso you can admire one of the most beautiful aristocratic residences in the Borgo. It is equipped with a large walk-in closet, a desk for those who want a reserved space for work and reading. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The double room with bunk bed has a chest of drawers and a modern private bathroom, characterized by the ancient dolomite stone lintel and the view of the staircase overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. A curiosity that makes our house unique: the courtyard is crowned by an ancient trapezoidal staircase with a wrought iron railing. We have made the choice not to install it in the apartment, but at your request we can place it. The apartment does not have air conditioning. The walls of our building are insulated, and the internal courtyard of the staircase favors natural air conditioning that regulates the degree of heat of the building. Even in the hottest months, the apartment enjoys a cool and pleasant internal temperature. At your request, we can provide a fan. Access to the garage allows entry to cars up to a maximum of 1.8 meters high. Alternatively, there are some parking areas just a few minutes' walk from our house.
