Welcome to Casa Jaffa! Our newly built oceanfront home, created with intention and lots of love. Located in Cangrejera, an exclusive, safe and ideal beach for surfing with constant waves, few people and only 25 minutes from the airport, the house offers direct access to the beach, unforgettable sunsets, a private pool, a palapa-type ranch, decoration with history, and open spaces to connect. It's the perfect retreat for travelers, families, couples, and surfers. The space At Casa Jaffa you will enjoy a carefully thought-out and well-distributed space, with a two-level main house surrounded by open gardens, a private pool, a spacious ranch to rest or eat, and a barbecue area just steps from the beach. MAIN HOUSE Second level – 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms You'll have access to two master suites, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, TV, and access to a terrace with a spectacular ocean view. The third is a double suite also facing the ocean and with access to the terrace, this room has two queen beds. And finally, a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds. These two guest rooms share a single full bathroom. All the bedrooms are spacious and have been designed with soft colors, natural textures, air conditioning, closet space and blackout curtains to ensure the best rest for our guests. All bathrooms in the house are clad in travertine stone and feature high ceilings and showers, offering a spa-like experience. First floor The house's ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, an indoor dining room, a social bathroom, and a terrace with multiple areas to rest: ideal for reading, taking a nap, or sharing a drink with the ocean as a backdrop. OUTSIDE A few steps from the beach you will find a ranch, equipped with its own kitchenette, its own bathroom with shower and a panoramic view of the sea, ideal for meeting or relaxing even closer to the sand. The private pool is perfect for cooling off or sunbathing, while the outdoor BBQ area, with built-in grill, table and chairs, is made for enjoying relaxed meals, fresh from the fire. LIGHTING The house's lighting was carefully designed to create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Each room offers general light when needed, and also soft ambient lighting to create a warm and quiet atmosphere. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire property, including the main house, pool, terraces, BBQ area, and beach, which is just a few steps away. Other things to note LOCATION Playa Cangrejera is an impressive and exclusive beach, located in a privileged area of the coast of El Salvador. The house is located in a quiet fishing village with little tourism, which brings authenticity to your stay and makes it ideal for travelers, families or friends looking for a relaxed and peaceful environment. ACCESS STREET The access street to the house is rustic but in good condition (currently in the process of paving). No 4x4 vehicle is required — any car can arrive without a problem. SHOPS AND FOOD The nearest supermarket with full service is the Super Selectos in the Port of La Libertad, 30 minutes away by car. Inside Playa Cangrejera you will find small local shops with basic products and some businesses that offer typical Salvadoran food such as pupusas, ceviches and seafood cocktails. We recommend bringing everything you need before arriving, especially ice and drinks, as they are sometimes not found in beach shops and the variety of beers is limited. DISTANCES • 25 minutes from the International Airport • 30 minutes from Puerto de La Libertad (supermarket, seafood market and restaurants) • 45 minutes from Surf City (El Tunco, Sunzal & El Zonte) • 60 minutes from San Salvador TIDE The tides at Playa Cangrejera can be strong at certain times, so we recommend taking the usual precautions when on the beach, always keeping an eye on children near the water and being attentive to sea conditions. SURFING Playa Cangrejera is a good place to surf, with consistent waves and much less crowded than other tourist beaches, ideal for both beginners and more experienced surfers looking for a quieter atmosphere. STAFF Our staff is here to make our guests enjoy their stay without worries. The housekeeper is responsible for safety, pool and garden, repairs and any errands that may be needed. There is also a person in charge of cleaning the house only before and after your visit. If you and your group would like her to assist you with cleaning the house and kitchen during your stay, you can request the service for an extra $25 fee per day. Please inform in advance. PETS We can accept pets upon request. If you want to bring your pet, please inform us in advance, including its size and breed, so we can assess whether the space is suitable. If approved, an additional $25 cleaning fee will apply.
