Ideally situated for Music Festivals at Hylands Park Chelmsford. Chelmsford City Racecourse, Colchester Castle Park etc. The space You have yale key access to your room with other key for back door (please remember to return on leaving) Access to 1 shelf in kitchen fridge. No further access unless agreed. You have full use of our Bathroom & Shower (via combi-boiler) We have an office, attic & cellar which remain strictly private at all times. Front lounge is Private, but may be shared on occasions with our approval. Garden & Bar-B-Q may be used from Spring to Autumn for sitting or meals, but please ask. Front porch/lobby or back lobby can be used for outside wear and Shoes/Boots There is a garden tap which can be used to clean muddy boots. Guest access Guest access is via front door on arrival and back door at all other times unless agreed otherwise During your stay We love to chat, but also respect your wishes & privacy.
