It has an attached 2-car garage with a ground floor entrance. However, there is a staircase to get up to the living area and bedrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to a laundry room within the home, two car garage, and entrance to the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and grilling areas with the use of a fob key. Other things to note Although there are no neighbors below or above this condo, there are shared walls on either side. We ask guests to be considerate and respectful of noise levels, littering, and blocking neighbor driveways.
