The space Five bedrooms, including 2 master king suites. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath with steam shower, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking the water. The downstairs master bedroom is a private suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, direct pool access and private entry. There are 3 guest bedrooms with queen beds and an extra rollaway bed upon request. Sleeps up to eleven. The open-concept living area features a cozy fireplace, large windows, and sliding doors that bring the lake’s beauty indoors. The finished basement offers a large recreation room, gym and laundry. Outside, enjoy a heated free-form salt water pool, outdoor shower, expansive deck, and a gently sloping lawn leading to the water. Other things to note Liability Waiver: Renter acknowledges and agrees that Renter and each and every guest is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, theft of property, injury, death or loss of any kind sustained to any person or their personal property while at or on the Property, that Renter hereby waives any claims against Airbnb Host with respect to any such damage, injury, death or loss, and that Airbnb Host accepts no legal or financial responsibility of any kind with respect thereto. Renter and its guests, including guardians of minors, assume all risk of injury or other loss as described herein and will hold Airbnb Host harmless with respect thereto. Renter hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Airbnb Host from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of Renter’s or its guest’s use of the Property. Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of the swimming pool, outdoor playground area, and of the bicycles can be dangerous and that personal injury or death could occur. Renter agrees to assume full responsibility to warn family members and guests about these dangers and to take all necessary and appropriate preventive measures to avoid personal injury or death. You understand that use of the pool, outdoor playground area, and the use of bicycles is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and bicycling. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and bicycling may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, and bicycling if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or bikes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. Compliance with House Rules: Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with all House Rules provided prior to and during the reservation period, including but not limited to restrictions regarding smoking, unauthorized guests, parties, noise, and use of the property. Failure to comply with any House Rule shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of a violation, Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the reservation immediately and require Guest and all occupants to vacate the property without further notice. If a reservation is terminated due to a violation of the House Rules, Guest shall not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or compensation for unused nights or services. Guest shall remain responsible for any additional damages, fees, or costs incurred as a result of the violation. Host's decision to enforce or waive any House Rule on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce such rules in the future. By proceeding with the reservation, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all House Rules and occupancy requirements. Please note once the airbnb booking goes through, we'll send over our standard rental agreement for electronic signature via email. We also ask for a copy of the primary guest's government-issued ID and contact information for all guests who will be staying at the property.
