The Space: High ceilings and large spacious rooms with plenty of light make this a comfortable home, with lots of character and wooden floors throughout. AC split units were recently installed. This inviting home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. You’ll be greeted by a light-filled, open-concept living area with large windows that bring the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, with everything you need. Share meals together in the dining area or take advantage of outdoor space Bedrooms: Master Suite: Queen-size bed Bedroom 2: Full-size bed Bedroom 3: Double deck with 2 Twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests Guest access This is a self checkin home. Guest will be provided to smart lock code at the date of check-in. Guests have access to parking and private backyard. Other things to note Cleaning Fee is set at $150. However, if it takes longer than 3 hours to clean, our cleaner will include pictures and explanations of the excessive cleaning needed at $50 per additional hour. We do allow pets but a $150 pet fee is required to be paid prior to or at check-in. If you require a service animal, we will ask you two questions before check in: (1) is the service animal required because of a disability and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and the pet fee is required. It is wrong to falsify information or documents, or knowingly provide fraudulent information, or who otherwise knowingly and willfully misrepresents their disability status or needs. In many states it's a misdemeanor in the second degree. If you rent longer term, the supply of consumables is not unlimited/not provided for your entire stay. Please purchase your own soap, shampoo, toilet paper as required if the items provided to you are not enough.
