Very safe neighborhood with older, more modest houses. My house is completely renovated inside and out. The unit is on the first floor of the house. My street has houses, a mechanic, a convenience store, workshops, and other businesses. External security camera system. No pets! Severe allergies.Service animal/ESA exemption on file. Guest access Entire suite consisting of large bedroom/dining area, bathroom, and laundry is all yours. The unit is on the first floor of the house. The barn door separates the unit from the rest of the house. The barn door has a latch inside of the unit, just like a hotel. The unit is the only bedroom on the first floor. You will be the only guest(s). Other things to note The bed for two people is a "double" or "full" size. If you're tall, please keep in mind the bed is smaller than a queen or king. Two twin-size, one-person cots available upon request for more than two people or if you just want to sleep in separate beds. A cot is a bed that can be set up temporarily. Luggage drop off is only available on weekends with a request made in advance. Please be aware that I have a service animal/ESA exemption per Airbnb on file. I have severe allergies.
