Late-night noise will be monitored by the property management team. The space The house is at your complete disposal. The first floor has an open-concept living/dining room, a patio with a private jacuzzi, partially covered with a pergola fabric, and an outdoor shower to use before entering the jacuzzi (do not use bubble products or any other items). Only the water provided is allowed. Any malfunction due to ignoring the warning will be at the expense of the renter. Please shower to remove excess sunscreen to protect the proper functioning of the jacuzzi. There is a portable refrigerator to keep your drinks cold, ice not included, a half bathroom, and a bedroom with two semi-double beds and a private bathroom with grab bars for adults or people with disabilities and a view of the complex's pool.
