Located on the third floor of a mixed-use building (commercial/residential), in one of the quietest areas of Córrego Grande, it offers a quiet environment, perfect for resting or working. The charm of the place is due to the frequent visits of birds, such as canaries and João de Barro, who sometimes tap on the window, creating a unique connection with nature.
