We're just 300 meters from the beachfront of Bessa Beach, close to gyms, restaurants and fuel station, so you can enjoy every moment with ease. Come live this unique experience! Guest access IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION: -PROIBIDO FUMO NA ACOMODAÇÃO-X -Check-in at dawn or in the morning: If necessary, the reservation must be made from the previous day as well. Check out our guidelines: 1. DOCUMENTATION: After the booking confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, plus a selfie for verification. The same applies to all escorts of the reservation. This measure is part of our security protocol. 2. ACCESS: NO visits are allowed. Only people registered in the reservation can have access and can ADD, guest book it upon PAYMENT of the additional and AVAILABILITY of the unit to accommodate more people. 3. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is NOT included. 4. CLEANING: Cleaning is not daily. The cleaning fee only covers the initial storage and washing service of bed and bath linens. If you want extra cleaning, you can request it by being charged the same amount as the initial fee. We offer sheets and towels, but we do not have blankets or blankets. 5. DAMAGE TO THE LINEN: In case of makeup, paint or food stains, the amount of replacement of the compromised item will be charged. COMMUNICATION WITH A MIRAMAR: We are available to serve you through the available channels: chat on the website, business phone and messaging app. Our service hours are from 07:00 to 23:59. There may be delays in periods of high demand. IMPORTANT: It is not possible to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible. To ensure sanitation and quality service, we keep check in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m. For guests to be allowed in on the day of check in, the Miramar Hospedagens will contact you to perform the security procedure. It is necessary to send a photo of the ID ( front and back) or driver's license , ALONG WITH A SELFIE PHOTO. Companions will need to carry out the same procedure, for each of them. (Upload photo of document + Selfie). Other things to note IMPORTANT: Attention to the Rules of Use of the Unit! The interval between 12 pm and 3 pm is reserved for the cleaning and preparation of the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in or late checkout is not possible. We seek to deliver the best in stay and for this we also count on the guest's collaboration respecting our schedules. * Access Information: From check-in, the guest is responsible for the listing. If there is a problem with lock or damage, it must be informed to us but the resolution of the problem will be the cost of the holder or the guest who is using the unit.
