The space Welcome to my modern and cozy apartment in the attic of a well-kept townhouse in Aschheim near Munich. On about 50 m² of living space, everything you need for a comfortable stay awaits you. The bright living and sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed, smart TV and a seating area. The modern kitchenette offers a hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet. A special highlight is the large, covered balcony with lounge furniture – ideal for relaxing after a long day. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Access is via the common entrance and the staircase. From the second floor, everything is exclusively for you, so you can enjoy maximum privacy. The quiet location provides relaxation, while you can reach shopping, restaurants and the Munich Trade Fair in a few minutes. Please do not approach him on your own or try to touch him. * The apartment is a **non-smoking accommodation**. * Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
