Includes a hot & cold AC, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony. BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes a hot & cold AC, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is 1 living room. Include AC, CCTV, WI-Fi, and a sound system. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 5000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 10 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private plunge pool. The pool is 25ft x 15ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Please note, this is a 8-bedroom villa and guests have access to only 4 rooms and shared spaces. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - A barbecue kit can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged for an extra charge of Rs. 1000 per session. - Guests can also access the fireplace at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
