The space The property reflects the heritage of its original owner, Mary Marino, who brought old world Italian charm to the neighborhood. It's a space that celebrates both tradition and comfort. The main level offers a welcoming living room with a plush couch, recliner, and TV. A formal dining room overlooks the park, and the large, fully stocked kitchen includes an eat-in table and everything you need to cook at home. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and makeup vanity. A third bedroom is located on the main floor, complete with two twin beds and its own half bath. Outside, enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch, or grab a yard game from the side porch. Then head out back to your own private patio, surrounded by flowers, complete with a grill and fire pit for the perfect outdoor escape. The home features central AC, with additional window units in the summer for zoned comfort. Guest access You have full private access to the house, yard, and patio.
