The space The zone is very quite and calm. The beach is big, with white sands and a quiet cyan sea. Ideal place to rest, chill and relax for that well deserved vacations. At night the stargazing around the bonfire is a wonderful experience. The place is a family house with a private beach. It has a pool and a semi-roofed terrace, an ideal place to eat while enjoy the sea view. The ground floor has an ample living room and dining room area, a complete set of facilities (bathroom), a kitchen, and an services zone with a place to wash and dry clothes (manually). Additionally, in the back of the ground level there is an extra room, with its own bathroom, ideal for the stay of the service. The first floor hast three bedrooms (two with sea view) and two full services (bathrooms). All the bedrooms have closets. Every room in the house, including the kitchen, has a ceiling fan. The entrance has a garage for two vehicles. There is a groundskeeper available from Monday to Saturday. Excellent location, only 15 minutes away from town, and 5 minutes away from a natural observatory. Guest access All the house rooms and installations are available for use.
