Guest access The area is delimited with a fence of plants to make use only of the bedroom area, the entire pool area, palapa and parking, controlled access to the subdivision for security. Other things to note Hot water: During the hot seasons, the hot water system remains off, as the ambient temperature allows for pleasant showers without the need for heating. Television: Our country house is designed to disconnect and reconnect with nature, so we do not have television service. Electricity: In the event of any interruption of the electrical service, it is due to failures beyond our control, directly attributable to the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), since the area depends on its infrastructure. Natural environment: As it is a country place surrounded by nature, the presence of mosquitoes or small insects is possible, something completely normal in this type of area. The property is periodically sprayed to keep the area safe and comfortable for all our guests. Security: Access to the community is controlled for the residents' security. From 7 am to 12 pm, access to the road and property gate. In case of emergency, we are always in contact with the guest.
