Great for a stay for a couple or solo, whether professional, tourist or thermal. The space The 29 m² accommodation, completely renovated in 2024, is located on the first floor. It features: A bedroom equipped with a built-in closet with a wardrobe and shelves, as well as a double bed with a mattress topper and cotton bedding. A living room with a two-seater sofa, comfortable armchair and smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, mini dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop with range hood, washing machine, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils. A modern bathroom with vanity unit, mirror, wall-mounted toilet and 100x90 cm shower, as well as a shower gel, shampoo and hand soap dispenser. For your convenience, a small welcome basket (water, speculoos, coffee, tea, sugar) is provided, as well as disposable slippers. A comprehensive welcome booklet is also available in the accommodation. Guest access Free private parking is available at the back of the building. Check-in and check-out are done independently with a lockbox. The necessary information will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note The accommodation is NON-SMOKING.
