Green time-out in the Eifel

The vacation home Grüne Auszeit Eifel has plenty of space outside. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly get to smaller or larger cities. Due to the quiet location and the large outdoor area, the house is well suited for families with children, but also for a group of friends, one or more couples. The house is beautiful, but the highlight is the outdoor area with the great view of the Prümtal. The space The cottage itself is about 100 m², the outdoor area for exclusive use about 1350 m². The house is comfortable for 6 people, if there are children, 8 people can also be accommodated. There are 3 bedrooms. If necessary, the double sofa bed in the living room can also be used. Since there is a guest toilet next to the main bathroom, bottlenecks do not arise so easily in the morning. Guest access The house is all yours. The outdoor area is also all yours. Most of the property is behind the house, so you are completely undisturbed there. Other things to note There is a parking space for a car directly on the property. There is also a lockable garage where smaller cars can be parked. Of course, the garage may also be used for motorcycles or bicycles, etc. We have to charge a tourist tax of €1 per adult per day. This tax is a municipal tax and flows into the tourist infrastructure.
