The space The loft welcomes you with a stunning open-plan space with a high ceiling (> 5 meters) and a warm wooden floor. This space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area at the gallery level (with a big design sofa, a table football and a loft net you can lie on like on a big hammock). The open space distributes to the balcony with outdoor furniture and to the three bedrooms each equipped with a bed, a sofa(bed), a desk, a TV and its own en-suite bathroom. ★ Room 1: Single bed 90x200, sofa bed 80x200 (extendable to 160x200 if needed); bathroom with bathtub. ★ Room 2: Bunk bed 90x200 (suitable for children >6 years), the sofa can be transformed in a 130x200, sofa bed; bathroom with shower; direct access to the balcony. ★ Room 3: King size bed 180x200 at the gallery level; the sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed 90x200; bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen has a big fridge with freezer compartment, an oven and a separate microwave, as well as a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. There is well enough tableware and cooking utensils, as well as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and spices so that you can get going with cooking straight away. The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster and a coffee machine with an initial stock of ground coffee, tea and herbal teabags. In the main space, you can enjoy music chosen from myriads of Internet radio stations or stream your own music via Bluetooth or USB. Further equipment: iron & ironing board, hairdryer, cleaning supplies, USB-chargers, information on tourist attractions. ___________________ Background information: ★ The building in which the loft is situated is from the 1780s and listed in the national inventory of protected historical buildings. ★ It has been renovated from the ground up by the current owner until recently, under the supervision of the Luxembourgish authority for listed buildings. ★ Nothing but healthy, eco-friendly materials have been employed to polish this 18th century gem for the 21st century. ★ After renovating the building as such, the outdoor spaces and facilities will be revamped in the time to come. Guest access 🅿️ A private parking is reserved for you right next to the entrance. ⌨️ You can self check-in at any time of your convenience (after 3 pm). 🚪The loft has its own separate entrance. Everything behind is your private space for the time of your stay. 🌟 Fun fact: You will be amazed how you will get from the ground floor to the loft on the second floor - by climbing up a unique spiral staircase that has been built within (!) the original chimney. 🏡 The owner and his family live in another apartment in the same building.
