Other things to note 📄🔐 Important House Rules: ✍️🪪 All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID before check-in. 💳🔒 For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after checkout if no damages occur. ⏰🏠 Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access. 📞📠 For local guests, we’ll call to verify the reservation before check-in. Google Voice or service numbers are not accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel such bookings. 🐾❤️ Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed with a $75 per pet fee.
