Violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 fine plus the cost of professional deep cleaning to remove smoke odors from furniture, curtains, and other surfaces. If smoking is suspected or confirmed, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. We take this policy very seriously to protect the quality of the home and the comfort of future guests—please do not smoke inside under any circumstances. ★ PETS: 》Pet fee: $750 per reservation and payment will be requested as part of the booking process. 》Please contact us with details about your pet (breed, size, temperament). All pets are subject to approval and booking does not guarantee approval. 》1 pet maximum (minimal exceptions based on size and breed may be considered). 》Pets are not to be left unattended at the home at any time. 》Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture in the home (i.e. couch, beds, etc.) 》Leash always required when outside. There are wild animals (deers and rabbits in the surrounding area) 》Clean up after your pets. 》Any damage to the home due to your pet will incur fees ★ SECURITY NOTICE: For your safety and security, there are external cameras on the property. The front lawn camera is positioned to monitor the main entryway. Cameras in front of the garage monitor the driveway and backyard cameras monitor the surrounding rear areas of the home. Note that the backyard cameras face the pool area and a very minimal view of the hot tub area. All cameras are continuously recording. NOTE: THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME. Other things to note ★ IMPORTANT! ★ A signed rental agreement is required before your stay. Note that failure to sign will result in cancellation of your booking. ★ NOISE • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time ★ PARKING • Parking in the driveway ONLY. Sorry please no parking in the garage due to sensitive garage doors (there are no garage openers provided). • No parking on the gravel road • No parking on the grass area ★ OUTDOOR FIRES • High wildfire risk area! • No open fires. • No unattended fires. • Please limit noise level during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) when using fire pit. ★ TRASH • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
