With a flat driveway, trailer-friendly parking, and easy access to the Mountain Parkway, this farmhouse blends charm, comfort, and convenience for the perfect Kentucky getaway. Guest access With your stay, you will have full access of the entire home. Except for one cleaning closet. Other things to note Location & Access This home offers easy access to the Mountain Parkway at Exit #22, making travel to and from the area quick and convenient for guests coming from distant locations. It is also close to local restaurants and shopping. Despite its convenient location, the farmhouse is set back off the road in a quiet, peaceful farm setting—offering a relaxing stay with easy access to all the attractions in the Natural Bridge State Resort Park area without the hassle of long drives. Noise Note On weekdays, some guests have mentioned occasional truck noise from a nearby UPS facility. However, most note that it is minimal and does not impact their stay. For added comfort, two white noise machines have been provided in the home. Construction Notice As of August 2025, construction has begun on a new building on an adjacent lot in front of the farmhouse. Work is expected during daytime hours. House Rules No Pets We love animals, but to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, pets of any kind are not permitted. Bringing an animal onto the property will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, along with a $200 pet fee. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors or improper disposal of cigarette waste on the property will result in a $300 cleaning fee. No Events or Unauthorized Guests Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Day visitors require prior approval, and additional guest fees may apply. Unauthorized guests or events may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
