Enjoy two queen bedrooms, a flexible twin-to-king bedroom, and cozy living spaces with flat-screen streaming TVs, games, and a fully stocked kitchen (don’t miss the snack drawer!). Relax with plush bedding, robes, and luxury towels, or catch up on work in the upstairs reading nook with Wi-Fi printer. Outside, unwind on the patio or by the fire pit with views of the barn and woods—wild turkeys and deer often wander by. With a flat driveway, trailer-friendly parking, and easy access to the Mountain Parkway, this farmhouse blends charm, comfort, and convenience for the perfect Kentucky getaway. Guest access With your stay, you will have full access of the entire home. Except for one cleaning closet. Other things to note *This home provides easy access to the parkway at exit #22, allowing you to save time while traveling from distant locations. It's also conveniently located near local restaurants and shopping. Despite its accessibility, this quiet farmhouse is situated off the road, nestled in a peaceful farm setting. It's perfect for relaxation and offers easy access to all the attractions in the Natural Bridge area without the hassle of excessive travel. *During weekdays, I have had a couple comment that they could hear some truck noise from a nearby UPS station, but also said it was not bad at all. We have added two white noise machines for your convenience. *August 2025, construction for a new building in a lot in front of this Farmhouse has begun. *NO Pets We love pets too, but we want to provide as clean and allergy-free home as much as possible! We do not allow pets of any kind. Having an animal on the property is grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund and a $200 pet fee. *NO Smoking or Vaping We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the house. There will be a $300 smoking fee for the cleanup of cigarettes in the yard (not properly disposed of) and the rental of an OZONE machine to clean the air before the next guest's arrival. *NO Events or Extra Day guests. No one else is permitted on the premises who is not included on the guest list at booking. Should you invite another guest, prior approval is required, and a day guest fee could be applied. No prior approval is grounds for eviction and no refunds.
