“Riley’s Place” Hosted by a Tipperary blow-in

*Please Read Before Booking* Welcome to “Riley’s House”! 🐶🐾 If you’re looking for a clean, warm & welcoming stay, with the added bonus of a very happy & playful dog (Riley) you are more than welcome to rest here. This is a 1 bed flat with open plan kitchen/living room, & shared facilities. The bedroom will be your private space during your stay while Riley & I stay in the living room. If this doesn’t appeal to you, there is an option to book the entire space through my other listing. The space The property is located to the back of a bungalow which is split into two flats. There is one step coming into the flat so would not be suitable to anyone with mobility issues. You will have easy access to local amenities or a 3 minute walk to the bus stop to the city centre. I’m a 20 minute drive from Cork Airport via car and 1 hour via public transport. Guest access There is a sensor light on the path at the side of the house and another to the back of the house over the door. During your stay I live in the flat with my dog, Riley. You are welcome to relax in the living room and use the kitchen. I’m a very laidback person, so if the purpose of your stay is for a night out, I’m okay with that, so long as you are respectful of noise when returning. Other things to note There is space to park outside. No smoking indoors. If you do smoke, please discard of all cigarette ends in the waste bin at the side of the house.
