Welcome to The Strawberry House in Fruita, Colorado, located conveniently off I-70! We are excited to welcome you to this updated one room suite with its own private entrance. Whether you're stopping in for a restful night, visiting family, or here to adventure, be sure to check out our charming, funky downtown for unique restaurants and coffee shops. Fruita is home to the beautiful Colorado National Monument and is the gateway to world-famous mountain biking trails. The space Your room and private bathroom is attached to the main house but the entrance is private and the suite is locked off from the rest of the house. Enjoy your own private patio outside your door as well as the front yard strawberry patch on the way to the side gate you will walk through to get to the unit. There is a Level 2 EV charger (Tesla/NACS with J1227 adapter available) on the property, however it's possible it may be in use by other guests. Please send us a message when you book if you'll want to use it, so we can let you know if it's available! Guest access After booking we will send you details and photos on how to access your private entrance to the suite! You have a private patio and additionally there is a small shared backyard if you feel like mingling as well as the strawberry patch in the front yard to find little red delicious gems! Lest we forget…the front porch welcomes all to sit and relax and/or to enjoy easy conversations…it has a heavenly quality of strangely slowing down time! It’s a phenomenon. Highly recommend!! Other things to note If you would like an earlier check in time, please let us know when you book. On most days of the week we can accommodate an earlier check in time if we have a heads up. Please shoot us a message if you need to use the level 2 EV charger so we can let you know where to park!
