On the first level is my living/dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large bedroom with an adjoining bathroom/toilet and a heated storage room. My second level has another bedroom with its own bathroom/toilet. The dining table is extendable and offers enough space for 8 people. In the living area, a pull-out sofa and cozy lounge furniture invite you to end the evenings comfortably. Also here is my large 55-inch TV with Bluetooth 2.1 Dolby sound system. You can connect your MP3 player to the sound system, charge the phones and of course surf comfortably via the wireless Internet connection. Netflix streaming subject to availability. If you want some "fresh air", you can get directly from the living area to my spacious balcony with wonderful views towards Brunnachalm and the idyllic surroundings. My kitchen has an induction hot plate, dishwasher, oven and fridge, as well as a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine and a kettle. On the first level there is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) in a box spring design and a pull-out single bed. Ideal for parents with one child. Right next to this bedroom is a friendly bathroom with sink, shower, bidet and toilet. On the second level there is another spacious bedroom. There is also a double bed (180 × 200) in box spring design and a pull-out single bed or double bed. Directly connected is a private bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with a cozy wooden floor and electric heating. For your safety and that of your valuables, a burglar-proof apartment door and two spacious cabinet safes (one per bedroom) are provided. On the ground floor of the house there is a ski room – here you can dry your shoes on a shoe warmer and store your skis – as well as a locked storage room for your mountain bike. You can conveniently dry your ski suits in the heated storage room directly in the apartment.
