Please Read Before Booking: Maximum Occupancy: 2 Guests (Including Children) check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out at 11: 00 AM. Enjoy a simple, peaceful stay in our centrally located RV camper. We're just 15 minutes from UNC Greensboro, High Point University, the Greensboro Coliseum, Four Seasons Mall, Friendly Center, and both Downtown Greensboro and High Point. Downtown Jamestown is only 5 minutes away. Other things to note This location is also ideal for guests visiting the High Point Furniture Market or Furnitureland South. Restaurants and grocery stores are conveniently located within a 5-minute drive. For your convenience, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you keep everything as clean and organized as possible. Please remember that this is an RV, so space is limited. Smoking is not permitted inside, and if you smoke outside, please keep the door closed. Parties are also not allowed. **PLEASE NOTE!!** -This property has a 6 gallon hot water tank. To ensure consistent hot water availability, we recommend that you DO NOT attempt to take excessively lengthy showers. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
