Arawi is a family project, the result of a dream of more than 20 years that was passed from father to children. The inn values sustainability and respect for the environment, prioritizing harmonious coexistence with the mountains. Here, you are invited to enter our world and become a partner in caring for nature, employing a unique way of welcoming you. The space Check-In Time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 pm Here we practice the Conscious Laundry: For each towel or washed sheet are used on average 60L of water, in addition to the large amount of detergent released into the environment. With that in mind, we ask that you use the towels for a minimum of two days. If you want them changed, leave them on the floor. Room service is performed every 3 days. Breakfast is included, served from 8am to 10am. The restaurant works for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 7 pm to 10 pm. On Sundays, we are open for lunch, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Guest access The guest house offers guests access to a vast area of preserved native forest, where it is possible to move freely and explore small trails. To facilitate exploration, a detailed map is provided upon arrival, ensuring that visitors can familiarize themselves with the area and make the most of the experience of contact with nature. Other things to note For pet accommodation, the inn establishes the following rules: 1. We only accept one (01) small animal, with a maximum weight of 10 kg, per apartment. 2. Accommodation for the animal is subject to a fee of R$80.00. 3. Animals may not sleep on the beds or use the bed and bath linens of the inn. Otherwise, an adult's daily rate will be charged. 4. It is mandatory to present the animal's updated vaccination card at the time of check-in. 5. Owners must bring all necessary utensils and containers for the animal's stay, including food, guide, and hygiene supplies. 6. The cleaning of solid and liquid waste is the guest's responsibility. 7. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused to the cottage and furniture, with the amount of the expense being charged to the guest's bill for payment at check-out. 8. In the event of incidents involving injuries to other people or animals, the owner of the animal assumes full responsibility, and must provide assistance to the victim and exempt the inn from any liability. 9. Pets can only move around the common area of the inn with the help of the guide. 10. It is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the chalet. 11. We ask you to avoid persistent and continuous barking, asking for cooperation, common sense and respect for the other guests. 12. The owner of the animal must sign the liability waiver at the time of check-in. 13. Remember that we are in a wooded area, living with venomous animals and vectors of possible pathologies for domestic animals. The coexistence between the animals on the property and the visitors is the responsibility of the owners.
